Who we are
Lakeshore Health Care was founded by an Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)-registered nurse, alongside her husband, who together bring over a decade of experience in healthcare, including hospital, disability, and aged care sectors. The organization was established with the aim of delivering holistic nursing services to National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) participants.
We understand the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, as well as the complexities of aged care and hospital environments. Our goal is to lighten their burdens by providing easier access to the care and support they need. With deep industry knowledge and a compassionate approach, our team is passionate about delivering the highest quality care and achieving the best possible outcomes for every individual. Through our comprehensive nursing services, we strive to enhance the quality of life for participants, ensuring they receive the support and attention they deserve in all aspects of their care.”
